In his 100th T20 match, Rohit Sharma playing an 85-run stormy inning. On the basis of Rohit's innings, Team India defeated Bangladesh by 8 wickets in the second T20 match and made it 3-1 in the 3-match series. The third and final match to be played in Nagpur on 10 November has become a decider. 

In this match, captain Rohit Sharma scored 85 runs in 43 balls with 6 fours and 6 sixes. This stormy inning made Rohit Sharma memorable his 100th T20 International match. Not only this, but he has also become the batsman to score the most runs (more than 400) in T20 International cricket against Bangladesh. Before Rohit, Zimbabwe batsman Hamilton Masqadza scored 377 and Kusal Perera scored 365 runs.

Only added 56 runs in the last 8 overs.

Bangladesh was once in a very strong position at 83 for one in the 11th over but spinners Yuzvendra Chahal (2 wickets for 28 runs), Deepak Chahar (one wicket for 25 runs) and Washington Sundar (one wicket for 25 runs). Bangladesh could not reach a big score in front of the bowling. Mohammad Naeem (36), Soumya Sarkar (30), Captain Mahmudullah (30) and Litton Das (29) failed to convert a good start into big innings. Bangladesh's team could only add 56 runs in the last eight overs.
