The 12th season of the Indian Premier League will be held in India from March 23. Due to the Lok Sabha elections this year, it was expected to be earlier in the country. The final date of the tournament was also not decided because the Election Commission has not announced the Lok Sabha elections yet.
In this regard, the committee, in view of Venu's IPL, talking to the central and state agencies, decided to hold the 12th edition of the IPL. According to the BCCI press release, the 12th season of the IPL will begin from March 23. However, the entire schedule will be released after interaction with the concerned authorities.
